What is @HOME?
@HOME is a unique in-person location. We are a traditional store-front with samples for your project. Our boutique-style showroom is filled with vignettes of the latest design ideas. You can browse merchandise: tile, hard wood and LVP flooring, countertops, hardware, cabinetry, fabrics, wallpaper and more. You can talk with designers face to face about your project and learn about the features and benefits of different products. You can borrow samples or take pictures. You can place orders for products, or you can get quotes on products and professional installation. We can execute your remodel – design to completion, or design rooms for your new home!
How does @HOME work with clients and what does it cost?
We love what we do, and we want you to love your home! So, we will work any way that is best for you. Never feel intimidated to work with a designer. We use all methods of charging for products/services including – not charging at all. If you come to the showroom and just want professional design help selecting backsplash tile, tile for your bathroom or wallpaper, you won’t get any better complimentary service anywhere! Remodels: Call or visit. We’ll have a discovery conversation with you and schedule a complimentary visit to your home to learn about your project and take measurements. New Home Construction: We’ll review your architectural plans and discuss the project and agree on a comfortable design budget. Then, we start designing! We invite you to your own personal dashboard to view mood boards, finish schedules, cabinet plans, floor plans, interactive 3D plans, and furniture selections. No design fees are charged when purchasing products through @HOME. Shopping elsewhere for products? Not a problem. We will be happy to negotiate a flat-fee design contract and provide whatever you need for your project: kitchen design, furniture selection, styling, tile pattern layouts, cabinet plans, lighting plans, etc. We consider it a privilege to be considered for your project. We will be as flexible as we can.
